Alright, Senator, you started it: it's "Mahdi Army"
not "Madhi Army." Just in case you weren't aware,
the Mahdi Army is "an Iraqi military force created by the
Iraqi Shi'ite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr in June 2003." Oh,
and just in case you're not aware, "Sadr has close ties
with the Islamic Dawa Party, which has ties to Iran."
I'd hope that Senator McCain knows that, since it's a critical
part of the puzzle in Iraq, and since McCain wants to
"stay the course" and even increase troop numbers
over there. Given that, it would be nice if McCain actually
knew something about the culture, the main players, the
language, the religion, etc.
By the way, I wonder what other funny spelling mistakes by
John McCain we can find. I bet you there are a bunch, not to
mention pronunciation mistakes, like when Bush used to refer
to the Russian President as "Pyu-tin" rather than
"Poo-tin." I'll be curious what you all find.

[UPDATE #1: This one's minor, but it's "endorsement"
not "ENDORESMENT."]
[UPDATE #2: It should read "Arizona Senators
Introduce," not "ARIZONA SENTORS INTORDUCE."
Looks like John McCain flunks the spelling bee. :(]
[UPDATE #3: Uh, they're "Pershing II" missiles not
"Persing II" missiles.]
[UPDATE #4: They're "Katyusha" rockets, not Katuysha
rockets. Whatever.]
