Gore/Obama
Edited on Sat May-26-07 08:55 PM by MannyGoldstein
I'm watching Gore on Larry King - he's a lock. Hell, he already won once, he can do it again.

I'm guessing Obama for VP.

12. I don't think Gore would ever choose Hillary
I have heard that the Gores and the Clintons are not on very good terms. Particularly I heard that Tipper hates Hillary.

I pulled very few punches.

My thesis for next year is tentatively a study of American imperialism in the Pacific from c.1800-1929 i.e. Hawaii, the Philippines, China, gotta get that ball rolling.

:hi:

Edit: I just realized I mispelled mayonnaise in my sig line. Man, I should have caught that sooner.

13. guess again.
Obama is fine but racism and sexism are rampant in America. Not blacks or women on the the ticket, sorry. It has to be Edwards or another white male face.

18. Racism and Sexism have come a long way
Edited on Sun May-27-07 10:02 AM by Ethelk2044
Most of the people who still have a problem with Race are the baby boomer Generation . They young people tend to deal with race much better than the older generation. I look around PA,CA and Louisiana, there are a lot of mix couples. More and more people are able and willing to have a African American President or a Woman President.

20. if they were conservative, maybe.
A liberal Black as president, a Liberal woman? Never. But hey, there's nothing liberal about Hillary and Obama anyway, so you have a point there.

I'm very suspicious of people who keep saying Obama can't win because he's Black...sorry.
