but my guess is he opposes it, given his statements that we should get out of Iraq completely now.

I have been leaning towards him as my candidate, so I, for one, am waiting to see what he has to say.

He is on the record supporting an end to the war this year and for Congress to withdraw authorization.

Russert has Bill for the hour. I would guess that he would diplomatically call for a no vote and emphasize his plan for a deauthorization of the war.
