So should we start a 'no confidence" vote for Reid
Seriously, should we start a campaign to shut him out? If he votes for a bill that is similar to a bill that he called weak just a month ago should he be shut down. From a political perspective he is from a Red state, thus minimizing the impact. He comes across as the stereotype weak Dem. So is he the perfect fall guy for the new Dem party. The "we don't accept any wimps"!

She was "grandfather claused" in but NO incoming Senator can enjoy his/her wife lobbying for mega-corporations. Since Reid is The Majority Leader ... well dammit, he and his family should set the example. Reid is gutless and his wife is a lobbyist. Any questions?

Lawmakers' Lobbying Spouses Avoid Hill Reforms

"The Senate is scheduled to vote on the legislation as soon as today. Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.) called Vitter and said he would support the proposal with one caveat: It should exempt spouses who are already lobbyists." :wtf: :grr:
