Mittens plays the character card against Ghouliani: The repuke "stool" includes a "strong family"
Aside from the fact that he's promoting the Repuke's need to "have a stool" --- :puke: --- this is an obvious dig at Ghouliani, which we will likely see more of.

"Republicans win when they have a stool, if you will, with three legs. Strong military, strong economy and strong family. And it's just not going to be possible to have a nominee who can't speak on all three topics with passion and with a record that supports their capacity to generate a strong family, a strong military and a strong economy."

The latter half could be interpreted as a suggestion the twice-divorced Giuliani might not be as strong a candidate as a man married for 38 years.

2. Isn't Romney the guy who put his political ambition above his wife's health?
Yeah, that's the guy, the 3-legged stool.

Someone posted on DU about it yesterday, that Romney's wife didn't want to move because of her health condition but Romney insisted on going to another state to further his career. I guess that's the Repub way of expressing "family values." :eyes:
