First they lower themselves to believing Drudge. Then when Kerry denies it, people dissect his words saying he didn't say this or he didn't say that or he was coughing so he's got to be lying is a sign of deep desperation.

15. OK People, let's knock this off.
If you start with the fact that THERE ARE NO VIRGINS, anywhere, in any political camp, then you will start to be honest.

The spoils go to the guy who can pull it off, skate through the maze taking what ever help he/she can.

Don't lie, we all do it.

Every political camp this season has had someone somewhere pull tricks against the opposition.

Attacks can make you weaker, attacks can make you stronger.

We would, hoever, like a clear, unequivocal and non-nuanced. denial. I do not intend to spend the next 8 1/2 months defending a candidate against "Clinton's Cock: The Sequel".

7. Sorry about being worried who the Democratic Nominee is
Edited on Fri Feb-13-04 08:32 AM by sgr2
Dean and Edwards people didn't manufacture this Kerry scandal. But now that it's possibly here, you expect people to just ignore it? Look, I've defended Kerry for the last 5 weeks against dozens of ridiculous attacks. But when something this shocking comes up, I'm not about to sit back and deny it isn't a big deal.

First off, if there's nothing to it then where is the intern in question and why hasn't she gone on the record denying it?

Second off, if there's nothing to it then why are the parents of the intern now calling Kerry a "sleazebag."

And if there's nothing to it, why did Kerry give such a, well, boring answer to a very serious question? I've come to enjoy John's aggressive liberalism, but this wasn't his finest hour.

42. A sex scandal with an intern is not a "non-story"
And for the record that's a lie, Senator Edwards has protected the rights of animals his entire life and anyone who would suggest otherwise is either delusional or flat-out making stuff up.

See, that wasn't so hard eh? :-)

It is good to get this all out in the open. This is what I was told by Kerry supporters several months ago. We must test the candidates or they can't hope to run against the bush machine. It's all good demdem.

Kerry did NOT deny the story.
