- We can handle Greensburg, but
- we have flooding in Topeka right now
- we can't train without equipment and we have 50% of equipment we need right now to train, the rest in Iraq
- we have to spread the equipment around for training purposes therefore we are not getting the total training we need
- If we have more bad weather we'd have to turn to our neighbors like Oklahoma which also gets similar weather to us and they are also dealing with equipment and personnel shortfalls.
