Rudy Giuliani is WHINING again
Okay, I've heard enough WHINING from the Giuliani camp, so now I'm going to make a few points.

The ONLY time Republicans are happy is when the game is rigged in their favor.

Example: Chris Matthews was hand-picked to moderate the Republican debate by a far right guy, Frederick J. Ryan Jr., who is a top executive at the ALLBRITTON Co., which -- in addition to funding POLITICO.COM -- had close ties to:
(1) former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet "whose government murdered or tortured an estimated 3,000 political opponents over 17 years"
http://www.salon.com/opinion/greenwald/2007/05/04/politico_funding/index.html
and HAS close ties to
(2) the Bush family, especially GWBush's uncle Jonathan Bush, and to George W. Bush himself.

Frederick J. Ryan Jr. (a major executive at the ALLBRITTON Co., chairman of the board of trustees at the Ronald Reagan Library, and former Reagan administration official) selected Chris Matthews to moderate the debate because, as Ryan said, Matthews is a "reliable partner"!! Yes, reliably inclined to: (1) help Republicans, and (2) smash Democrats.

Frederick J. Ryan Jr. -- in addition to being Chief Operating Officer of (the Pinochet-loving) ALLBRITTON Co. -- is the president and CEO of "POLITICO.COM," which "supplied" the other two "hosts" for the Republican debate: reporters Jim VandenHei and John Harris.

Jim VandenHei and John Harris are top editors at Politico.com, which is funded by ALLBRITTON Co., the company that was/is a good friend to Augusto Pinochet and the Bush family.

So, when "reliable partner" Chris Matthews threw "red meat" to the Republican candidates, regarding the possible return to the White House of Bill Clinton, Matthews did that to give the Republican candidates an opportunity to: (1) ridicule President Clinton, and (2) take a shot at Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

I don't seem to have heard any complaints from the Republicans that, maybe, there was a PRO-Republican bias among the moderators for the Republican debate.

All I heard was the usual WHINING from the Rudy Giuliani camp that Keith Olbermann was there.

(Should I mention that the moderator for the Democratic debate was Bush boot-licker Brian Williams? -- but I don't recall any whining from the Democrats about that.)

You know what? When the media stops using Republican-friendly moderators for Democratic debates, I'll give a damn about Rudy Giuliani's complaints.

And didn't I already tell you Rudy Giuliani was a WHINER?

4. No wonder the debate was such a glorified infomercial

And if they think their slobbering over Reagan's corpse and questions like "Will it be a great day for American when Rove v. Wade is overturned?" helped them--well, it didn't.

5. I can't wait for the debates later on when people are actually watching them.
I see another Buchanan/Republican Convention moment coming on. :)
