6. Even when he couldn't recall he did a very very poor job.
He does not have very good speaking skills in my opinion. I believe he is easily stymied when confronted with accusations.

5. Even if he resigns they should still hold him over the fire pit.
He still has to show up if they subpoena him for anything regarding his job whether he is current or former Attorney General.
