She will send a letter and say that is the extent of her commentary on the matter.

The Dems cannot force her to appear.

6. This wasn't a polite request... Rice was served with a subpoena..
Not only can they force her to appear, but if she doesn't, I believe she can be arrested...

I truly doubt that will happen ..too bad though.. It would be nice to see some affirmation that NO ONE is above the Law.

5. I vote no show...
I mean it is only a short skip and they are done. They can drag their freaking feet for longer than Shrub has in office.
