TV here in Cleveland has really gone in the crapper the past few years. I hardly ever watch the local news anymore.

8. Cleveland isn't alone in that...
I can't stand watching local news. I put up with a little of it in the mornings to get the weather and traffic...but if it keeps getting worse, I'll just get those online too.

11. Yes you can. You can impeach any public official down to dogcatcher.

14. Members of Congress cannot be impeached...
and probably not dogcatchers either.

15. No, you cannot impeach a Congressman
Impeachment at the federal level does not apply to members of Congress, see the Constitution sections on impeachment:

The Constitution, Article II, Section 4:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The Constitution, Article I, Section 3:
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.

Judgment in Cases of Impeachments shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust, or Profit under the United States, but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishmnet, according to Law.

Members of Congress can be _expelled_ by their own chamber but the Constitutional process of impeachment does not apply. Of course all civil and elected officers can be removed for crimes, etc. but that is not in most cases through "impeachment".
