1. Whitehouse had a chart that showed the approvaed communications channels between the .....
.... white house and the justice department. I'm not certain of the numbers ..... but ..... Clinton's administration has six people - total - who could speak about cases. In Junior's crime cabal, it was over 400.

2. The military has certain descriptors...
That effectively describes something like that:

Clusterfuck. Goatfuck. FUBAR.

You get the gist, I am sure.

3. and the bit about Harriet Mier and the case....?
was it that they were communicating information which should not have been revealed to the White House because documents were sealed or something?

5. From what I recall...
she had made a comment about a case "not having been handled properly" and Whitehouse was asking how in the world she would have that information -- I'm not certain which "case" was in question, but my feeling was that it was a case that one of the USAttys (who was fired) had been handling. Someone please correct me if this is wrong.

8. yes....
...Whitehouse was making the point that Miers as WH counsel had information regarding an ongoing criminal investigation that she had no proper way of knowing -- that there were politicized channels of information between the WH and the DoJ.
