1. Why just the Appropriations committee why not from Congress?
He is also on the Subcommittee on Legislative Branch Hearing RE: Government Accountability Office - budget

2. it's only a matter of time imo, the local news interviewed some of his constituents
the ones that actually voted for him and they were disgusted with him and his wife. you knoew his wife gets 15% of every campaign dollar raised.

6. Constitution say: election for House.

State law determines how Senators are elected/appointed. But for the House the US Constitution makes that determination.
