There's a graph at the end of the wiki link that shows what jobs are up for grabs:

I have a feeling he could do it this time.

7. I wish that would happen!
I'd be on the streets polling for Max.

2. I Had Not Heard About John Elway
ruling OUT running, nor had I heard or read he was being sought. Wow, that's a good thing, because CO is still so gooey about the glory days of The Broncos and their beloved quarterback ...they would vote for him, no matter what his political leanings are.

11. Hey, as a long suffering Bronco fan myself, I'm just glad we eventually
got some glory days to remember.

BTW, haven't been to the Bronco board for months, is Plummer officially gone?

12. Define officially
He still holds snaps for Jason Elam, and I think he's still the number two QB. I don't think he'll be getting any starts as long as Cutler is healthy, though.

3. That old fossill Domenici is up and the local right wing
fishwrap is giving him a drubbing over his role in the Federal attorney firings. It looks like he actively campaigned to dump Iglesias, that it wasn't just one or two threatening phone calls, and that it was over Iglesias's failure to rush a case to try to smear all Democrats because one was corrupt. Domenici was trying to save Heather Wilson (R-Cow).

Udall is his opponent and Udall is very popular here in the northern part of the state. It will be fun to see how this plays out. It looks like a tossup right now, but Domenici hasn't started scaring active and retired military by threatening base closings, the bogeyman that's kept him in office since I've been here.

Right now our real hope is that Domenici is called to testify, that the local news picks it up, and people see him for the corrupt fool he is.

8. Unless he's defeated
the only way he'll leave the Senate is on a coroner's gurney.

The Iglesias scandal will run out of steam long before election day.

10. Anyone care to bet

that the rethugs running for reelection in '08 will be a lot more moderate than in years past? And most will shy away from having AWOL Monkey-Boy appear with them or even speak on their behalf.

All part of the BushCo regime legacy.

13. Ted Stevens is up
but I doubt he'll get defeated (unless he's dead). He has most Alaskans completely snowed.

17. Senator "The internet is a series of tubes" Stevens?
I was so hoping that would embarrass enough Alaskans that perhaps they'd put a contender for this seat. I'm disappointed.

19. Old habits are hard to break
and there's no disputing that he has brought a lot of money and projects to Alaska. I do believe we will have very a viable Democratic candidate in opposition this time around, though, unlike in many seasons past. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

Hopefully Brad Miller is going to take her on. Miller is our 13th district congressman and a great guy.

16. The only way to silence and make irrelevant Joe Lieberman
is by taking more Senate seats away from GOP. It is only then, when Holy Joe can be canned as committee chair and park his ass in the broom closet where he belongs.

20. Wanna bet Howard Dean is working on this overtime?
Beyond the White House, expansion of our majority in the Senate is THE ONE biggest
priority of the DNC from now until the day after Election day 2008.

21. Sununu can definitely be defeated. He probably was in 2002,
but the phone jamming scheme kicked in and interfered with Democratic voting.
