Super spectacular successful surge Sunday
Today, 45 civilians were killed in Baghdad bombings, 3 US troops were killed (death toll now over 3300), and 2 UK helicopters crashed into each other.

Oh, and tomorrow radical clericTM Muqtada al-Sadr is expected to pull his six ministers out of the Iraqi Cabinet, possibly leading to a collapse of the Al-Maliki government.

Of course, that doesn't mean that St. McCain's surge isn't so fucking effective it will make your head spin. Nor does this:

...dozens of Iraqi policemen demonstrated in front of their Baghdad station Sunday, accusing U.S. forces of treating them like “animals” and “slaves.”

The protest took place at Rashad station in Baghdad’s eastern neighborhood of Mashtal.

Officers chanted “No, no to America! Get out occupiers!” while U.S. troops in two humvees and a Bradley fighting vehicle watched from a distance.

This is the best, most justified, and most successful war ever. It's just gotta be, it's just gotta.

3. So far, the war has lasted eight six-month "Friedman Units"
Each one only costs about 400 American lives and 100,000 Iraqi lives.

Rather than wait the other 3.5 months, let's give them another 3 6-month extensions right now, since Bush has promised this war will be up to future presidents (and he did say plural, right?) to solve. So actually, let's extend it through 2012 or 2016, so as not to burden the next president with wrapping this thing up. Besides, why stop when it's going so damn well?
