So they are letting the Repubs do the investigatory work?

1. I think they are afraid of appearing 'political'

they need Fitz. and a fistful of grand jury subpoenas for every
hard drive at the RNC, White House and every ISP and server in-between.

And they SHOULD have the NSA turn over their archives

2. I would have hoped that they would have subpoeanaed the servers by now, but

maybe there is something else going on.

What if the Dems already have some evidence and are waiting to use it at the right moment?

What if they already have some emails that show criminal activity?


That would hang this administration.
