Apparently some 1,000 pages of documents are forthcoming from the Justice Department as early as this evening or as late as tomorrow morning.

That's all about all that we can say at this point.

Irrelevant, highly redacted communications between people who weren't involved and say "my-oh-my that's a lot of paper, George Bush must really want us to get to the bottom of this misunderstanding."

And this act of sincerity and bipartisanship will heal the wounds that have pained our politerati for so long, and Senators, Congressmen, and White House staffers will dance barefoot in Lafayette Park.

Well, maybe they'll keep their shoes on. Dog shit, ya know.
