Is Clark transferring his delegates to Kerry?
I am talking about the delegates he won in elections.

1. He can't do that.
I believe that when the convention starts, he can release them to vote as they wish. Some states might have different laws.

Superdelegates are not transferrable - they are technically Unpledged.

At-Large State Delegates are automatically forfeited when a candidate drops out and re-allocated proportionally from the remainder.

However, a candidate retains District Delegates even when he drops out. For purposes of the Delegate Count, I'm counting the Clark district delegates as Kerry delegates for now - however, this is subject to change.

And the Delegate Count in my sig has been updated to reflect the above.
