3. Bull crap
That would make the university look like children throwing a tantrum. They will accept his apology and move on. The whole thing is totally overblown. The man made a stupid remark, he looks like a fool for it, he is being punished for it. Let the man apologize and move on. End of story.

4. No
they won't. Those women are classier than that. Plus they'd really have no grounds - you can't sue just for hurt feelings.

9. But you can for slander
These girls weren't public figures, at least not at the time that cragged-out bigot opened his mouth. I hope they sue him and MSNBC for millions.

11. it would be tossed out
before the ink on the papers was dry. Name-calling isn't slander.

The best way for people to start believing these women ARE ho's would be for them to sue over something this stupid.

13. Oh, so if they sue, they're "hoes"?
You and I-Man must be quite chummy on the Ranch.

14. nope
not at all.

But suing would be stupid. Childish name-calling isn't actionable.

7. That would be a really stupid move
They have the support of most of the country now. If they try to turn this into a cash cow then they will just be perceived as opportunistic. I suspect they have more class then that. After listening to their press conference I was impressed with how they were handling this. I think they will meet with Imus and move on.

8. Yeah, because when you're slandered on national radio in front of millions
and you aren't a public figure, you should just shut up and take it. :sarcasm:
