"A volunteer firefighter has just become famous for one crazy, funny reason: he got extremely drunk, dressed up in a skimpy bikini and went out to town.

"Steven S. Cole must have been quite a sight for sore eyes yesterday, as he breezily strolled out of his house in one traffic-stopping outfit: flowing blonde wig, a striped bikini stuffed with water balloons for sexy effect and pink flip-flops.

"He was also quite drunk. The 46-year-old man told a cop he was on his way to a Dayton bar to perform as a woman in a contest offering a $10,000 prize, the arrest report said."

He and Rudy could put on their heels and go out on the town together.

I don't understand why he was arrested. He wasn't driving drunk or anything, was he?
