Arkansas House members shift support to Kerry

WASHINGTON -- As retired Army Gen. Wesley Clark bowed out of the presidential race Wednesday, Arkansas House Democrats shifted their support to Democratic front-runner Sen. John Kerry.

Reps. Mike Ross, D-Prescott, Marion Berry, D-Gillett, and Vic Snyder, D-Little Rock, endorsed the Massachusetts senator, saying he had the credentials to unite the country.

"He is the candidate that can bring the Democratic Party together and bring the country together," Snyder said in a conference call with reporters.

Ross said he was endorsing Kerry because "we need a change in the White House."

If they want a change in the WH, why are they supporting Kerry? Doesn't make sense to me....just another Washington Insider...things will NEVER change as long as the same kind of people are PUT in office.
