It could be a good way to mock his inability to pronounce simple words.

10. I'd go so far as to say "so-called pResident." But ordinarily I try to
avoid using the term "President" adjacent to the word "bush" in any circumstance. I don't do it in my columns, either. He's either "Bush," or "Junior," or "Dubya," or "Young George" or some such reference. "Resident bush" is pretty good, too, since it's just simply impossible for me to consider him legit, in the first place.
