Isn't this a dead giveaway?
This is supposed to be stuff that drives us "libruls" crazy.

The caption says, "Peace through Superior Firepower"


It's meant to be a "clever" variation on THIS:


And the "Made In The USA" banner is a nice touch, considering how dedicated their "heroes" are to actually KEEPING jobs in America.
