2. Carol Lam should sue him for defamation.
And MSNBC should fire Tucker for reporting lies as news.

3. If I were Carol Lam
I'd be thinking about sueing for defamation. I mean really. It's one thing to ask for an employee's resignation (for whatever reason - even if it is a vile reason) but to openly speculate about their professional worth?

Any lawyers care to chime in about this?

4. Tucker should read this:
Lam was open to "change course"

This is about Rethugs firing Rethugs, for not being Rethug enough. In other words, politically motivated. Aren't you glad you have the much better oversight of the Democrats now, Mr. Bow Tie?

6. Saw that too, claims Democrats complained about her, too. I need proof b/4 I believe
the bow-tied Bush bugle boy. He deferred to his Repuke lady expert to lead the debate off, too.

I had to change the channel.

8. She didn't get a death sentence for Duke Cunningham
So how good a prosecutor could she be, failing to nail a traitor like that?

Is that what you mean, Mr. Carlson? Or were you talking about something else?

9. Tucker is an expert on federal prosecutors and limbaugh is an expert
on national security and knows (without a second of research) whether someone is covert or not. No wonder conservatives flock to them for schooling.

11. DOJ report debunks immigration claim

<snip>
During her opening statement during this morning's hearing, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) revealed that the Justice Department had written to her last year and assured her that Carol Lam was doing a fine job prosecuting border cases -- even though they've said that the reason for Lam's firing was her poor performance on border cases.

<snip>
But the response Feinstein received on Aug. 23 from Assistant Attorney General William E. Moschella doesn't square with the official spin. Moschella made a pretty convincing case that Lam's office was taking immigration prosecution seriously. Half of her attorneys were working immigration cases, Moschella wrote; far more defendants were receiving far longer sentences for immigration-related prosecutions than in previous years; the number of prosecutions of immigration-related crimes had doubled from 2004 to 2005; and Lam's office had vigorously pursued corrupt Border Patrol agents.

12. bush alluded to this talking point yesterday - he was 'sorry' the names of these
USA's are being held up to the public. Must have been the lead-in for Tucker and the others to start bashing these bush-appointed attorneys. How is this going to help bush's side?
