Edited on Wed Mar-21-07 01:13 PM by BOSSHOG
by executive privilege? That man about town tony the snoester says bush didn't recall talking to anybody about the attorney firings. So what is the basis for executive privilege? Come on conservative minds, I know you are reading this, just jump right in an splain it. Of course it would be different if an intern sucked bush's dick, then you flag wavers would be all beside yourselves. Instead he's just obstructing justice and lying about it as opposed to committing treasonous acts and jeopardizing national security as he did in the little scooter escapade. No big deal.

9. To further that same thought:
Smirk says he can fire the AG's any time he wants and that's what happened. So now we must believe, (if we are to believe they in fact got fired) that Bush didn't have any conversations with anyone at DoJ, but just randomly fired 8 AG's out of the blue, for no real reason, except that they weren't pursuing illegal immigration, which I suppose he learned through extra sensory perception, since he didn't talk to anyone at the DoJ about them.

Only the loyal 28 percenters are going to go along with this drivel.

10. I'm governed by that wise old master Mark Twain
who once said many years ago - Always tell the truth and you will never have to remember anything.

My jaundiced view of the bush gang is that they would commit wrongdoings in such volume that no one could possibly imagine the extent of the wrong doing or belive it. They have outdone themselves. As you have pointed out, the believability crowd is now less then 30%.
