Does Clark get to speak at the convention?
Just based on having delegates?

1. I'm not sure
But if they don't let a 4-star General speak at the convention in primetime they are insane.

2. I imagine he will release the delegates
so its up to the presumptive nominee if they think it would help.

4. I don't think there's a rule
saying that if you have X delegates then you get to speak. But the fact is that he will get to speak. And speak in a juicy time slot. Best start working on that speech. We all know how Clinton's speech in 1988 destroyed his political career:)

5. I hope he will get to speak. He has made terrific speeches on the stump.
I anticipate that he will have a prominent position in the party in the future.

6. I don't know, but
I think all the candidates should get to speak. It will show that we are unified in our fight to save our country from Bush.
