Question about the Delegates.
What happens to the delegates for the people who drop out of the race?

Are they still forced to vote for the person that won them in the convention?

1. they have to be released
the committted ones that is, this is usually a formality. The super delegates are free to come and go anytime. THey seldom change the numbers though till convention time.

does that mean they get to vote for any of the candidates that are still in, or does that mean that they dont get to vote at all?
