1. nope
they have the Plame's civil case to contend with plus Libby will put this into Appeal (he's out on bail as we speak) which could last up to ... oh, I don't know ... maybe two years? And then he'll be pardoned right as Bush leaves.

What a legacy for dimson to leave behind.

Wait for Fitz's press conference. He still has a grand jury investigating this crime.
