Poll question: For this poll, forget who you want to win. Predict who you THINK will win the primary
Edited on Sun Mar-04-07 12:30 PM by mtnsnake
So...this vote isn't about what your heart is telling you. For better or worse, it's about what your head is telling you who will win the Primary. Of the candidates below, select the one who you THINK will win, whether or not you like or don't like that particular candidate.

Here are the candidates who are officially in the race (Let me know if I left any out), in alphabetical order by last name. Don't forget...predict the one you THINK will ultimately end up with the Democratic nod, even if it's not the one who you want to get it:

2. The nomination will be decided by the time Indiana votes in May 2008
So as I did in 2004 I will cast my vote for the person that best represents my views, and that person was, and continues to be, Dennis Kucinich.

10. I agree about him
Of all the candidates, I think Kucinich represents all our views as well as any of the candidates, probably even more so. It's a shame that he's never considered to have a strong chance of winning. Yesterday I started a thread about him, hoping to come up with some ideas on what we could do to figure out ways to help him become more of a heavyweight contender. There were some interesting responses in it:

9. As of now, Obama
but that could easily change. Frankly, I think both he and Clinton will wear out their welcome--if they don't, more power to them, because that staying power means victory power.

I think that what will happen is either Richardson or another dark horse candidate will suddenly become more well known, or Al Gore will be drafted. With the swift boating done him last week, I'd say many conservatives think he will be.

I still wish this country were deep and mature enough to actually look at Dennis Kucinich and his ideas.

11. I can't do this poll. And, frankly, I think it's silly.
Please don't be offended, mtnsnake, but I have absolutely no expertise on how other people think about these candidates. The only support I can predict is mine.

12. No problemo
Not offended at all. Besides, you said my poll was silly, not mtnsnake is silly. Even if you meant I was silly (which I am sometimes), I wouldn't be offended. I've been told a lot worse than that on this forum!

13. I voted Obama. It's down to Obama and Clinton.
IMHO, based on what we know at this point. I'm sure my guess of who will win probably will change over the course the year.
