For those of us that don't want Kerry as the Candidate
We should unite behind either Edwards or Dean (I would perfer Edwards due to the fact that I think the GOP could tear apart Dean). It would be a good idea for Dean to bow out if he can't win Wisconsin, it only leaves the anti-kerry vote divided. I will be voting for Edwards now (since Clark is gone) on Super Tuesday, I urge others to follow this lead.

3. Edwards? He's even worse than Kerry.
Hell, I know a republican who's more liberal than Edwards.

7. Edwards is against NAFTA, among other things.
He's actually quite liberal.

5. Personally
I'd rather crawl though broken glass than vote for Edwards, after the lies that he and his campaign spouted about Clark. The *only* way Edwards will get my vote is if, by some ill chance, he becomes the nominee. But I'll be holding my nose shut and my gorge down.

6. Edwards doesn't have the experience for the top job
Though I would have no objections to him being Dean's VP. That would allow him to gain experience in the executive branch, while using his Senate experience and be a better candidate himself in 2012.

8. Is the suggestion then to vote Dean instead of Edwards?
I have yet to see any reason to believe that Dean could beat Bush. I care about issues greatly but in this election all I care about is the removal of Bush from the White House. I think Edwards can win the "border" states that neither Kerry or Dean can pick up.

10. The GOP will tear apart anyone we put up there
they were just sharpening their teeth on Dean. No matter who he is, every time our candidate looks at a woman not his wife, every business deal, rally, every vote, everything will be scruitnized, criticized and blasted all over Fox TV.

If you think Dean is unfit just wait till they get ahold of somebody else. Edwards is a charismatic, handsome man. They are now investigating his sex life in detail. Can you guarantee they won't find something?

Didn't the Clinton years teach you anything?

11. I think I hear the happy sounds of unity.
NOT.

This is the problem with trying to organize an anti- movement. The people who might be interested in your proposal are anti-everybody but their candidate. The people who see the advantages in unity are uniting behind the front-runner to beat Bush.
