My guess is that at heart they're both aware it's all business where this competing campaign is concerned and that get along with each other as well as any two competing CEOs would normally do. Sometimes warm, sometimes cooled down a bit, sometimes even icy. But real shows of deeper emotions just don't break thru the lawyerly surface.
