I am not sure if will be my number one pick, but I certainly think he deserves consideration. Good stuff in is speech, IMO.

4. I liked what he said about our candidates not tearing each other apart

in the primaries, and running only positive ads. "Save it for the Republicans." Very important.

5. Exactly. I think there is nothing wrong with criticism and disagreement

but save the mud for the Republicans.

6. I agree. And if we can avoid the primary mudslinging, I think there is

little doubt that we will win the White House in 2008.

diplomacy, negotiating, statesmanship....

ALL of our candidates will be 'swiftboated' and none of them are perfect human beings, but, damn, we've got some great candidates. As Bill says, "Si, se puedes." (actually, that was Cesar Chavez from whom we first heard that.)
