Libby trial question. Is Jeff Gannon going to be testifying?

I apologize if this has been covered an is a dupe.

But on the page below, under the January 29th date, is a Jan. 30, 2004 Grand Jury Supoena with an Apendex requesting emailing searches and Gannon and Talon News were among those names to be searched.

What became of that email search?

Fitzgerald will finish with agent Bond on Monday, followed by a possible mystery witness from the DOJ, and then Russert. He expects to finish the government's case on Tuesday.
