Romney Hosted Democratic Fundraiser
Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney (R) -- "who's under fire from conservatives who think he's exhibited an overly liberal streak in the past -- threw a fundraiser for a Democratic Senate candidate in 1992," reports TPM Cafe.

"Romney threw the fundraiser for Doug Anderson, a businessman who ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination in the 1992 Utah Senate race." Romney’s spokesman said that Anderson was a "close personal friend" of the governor’s.
