In my heart, I will always be a Wes Clark Democrat
Someone from this board e-mailed those words to me tonight. We are shaken, we are frightened, we are heartbroken. Some of us are crying, some of us are trying to run up their alerts by cussing out every detractor that comes our way.

But all of us, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US, will ALWAYS in our hearts be Wes Clark Democrats.

11. You bet
If -- and only when -- the General sends me home, I will; until then and afterwards, he be my General.

Wes, if only we deserved you...

7. Yes
I will always feel sorry he didn't become the nominee.

I hope he plays a major (no pun intended) in the next administration (if the Dems win, which I HOPE HOPE WE DO!).

I would love to see him as a VP (south and military experience in one package) or Sec of State.

Yet, what a loss. He would have made a fantastic president.

8. Actually, I am a Democrat and a supporter of Wesley Clark
I support him because I believe he is an asset to our party.

I will easily transfer my support AFTER he announces his decision to drop out. And I will put a great deal of thought into deciding which candidate I will support.

I have NOT lost faith in my party or in my friends who support other candidates. We need to quit labeling ourselves as factions. I love my party and it will have my continued support, whether or not Wes leaves the race.

9. Keep the faith and keep the connection. Start it now connect
via the net to as many Clark supporters as you can and stay in contact. I'm a Dean/Clark supporter and I will try to stay connected to the two people who are real who connect with people. No matter what happens we must stand together, we must stand between the darkness and the light, we must stand against the machine, we stand for hope.

10. I admire each and every one of you

I'm not as vocal; I don't post as much, but I've been here, reading. We are an incredible group of people who have poured our hearts and souls into this campaign. I've NEVER been this involved before and it's because I really truly believe in Wes Clark. If he decides to go home, we will all have to figure out what to do next and that's gonna be really hard. One thing though - we can be proud in knowing Clark has made a difference and so have we. No matter what happens, I won't change my avatar. Even if I have to vote for Kerry.
Love you all. :grouphug:

20. I am definately a Wes Clark Democrat
Although I only recently registered as a voter (I will be old enough to vote in the GE in November), I'm an independent, not a Democrat.

Wes Clark got me interested in this primary season, and I took a second look at the Democratic party.

If Wes does drop out tommorow, I'll still be ABB, although I'm not sure who I will support as of yet.

Whatever happens tommorow though, I'm proud to be a Clark supporter, and I have no regrets.

17. Know what, Wife?
We could start an internet Democratic club -- The Wes Clark Democrats. Maybe we should look into this so that we can go on in some way for Wes, should he decide he can't go on at present. Let's see what happens tomorrow.

19. Love You Wes! You will always be my General.
Damn!

Probably one of the great candidates of our time in my opinion. He is still a young man and I sure hope like hell my General finds a place in our tent.

America, if Kerry loses to Bush I will always think of what could and would have been.

I salute you Sir.

21. Heh. That was my email. I'm also a "Wife_Of_ A_Wes_Freak Democrat"
In my heart I will always be a Wes Clark Democrat. Congratulations are due to Senator Kerry and Senator Edwards. I'll probably support Edwards if there's still a contest when the circus comes to Texas. We have lost an election and we are seeing a dream change tonight. But wer are not seeing a dream die. The dream will never ever ever die.

I hope Wes Clark still comes to Houston for his fundraiser tomorrow night. I love and respect that man as much as I can without actually kissing him (and I can't make any promises that I won't when I see him, anyway). I think he represents the best of us. My heart is a little crushed, but my heart is a muscle and muscles heal. I'll go on fighting for our cause and vote with my head. But Wes Clark has inspired me to make a difference with my life and rededicate my life to service to my fellow human being.

I will honor that inspiration and keep on keeping on. I can't do anything else. It's not the end of the world. It doesn't even feel that way. We will win in November because we have to. God bless DU and God bless all of you for caring enough to flame the very best.

Now let's go kick some ass!!
