1. I had the impression that the people asking questions were all
preselected. Granted, all call-in shows have screeners to ensure that real fruit cakes don't take over the show. Still, if the questions were pre-screened, how did the Webcast differ from some of Bush's town meetings with his screened audiences?
2. She had half an hour to answer thousands of questions.
I don't think anything was screened but I'm sure the questions chosen were meant to represent the popular questions that are on everyone's mind. I asked her if she thought universal HC coverage was realistic in her first administration and, if so, what her plan was for making it happen. I also asked her what her priorities would be if elected. Neither question was answered. I'll try again tonight though.
