How can I support the Skull & Bones society?
How can we have no choice but two Bonesmen. This is serious.

Here is a VERY good introduction to what these people are all about: http://www.jerrypippin.com/skullbones.htm

I hate the fact that I will have no choice. 3rd party is the only option aside from not voting. At least with Bush, people who call themselves Progressives are aware of what's happening. Wich Kerry, we'll go on pretending that nothing's wrong...yet the outcome will be the same.

6. well it is a little odd
whether you are a so-called conspiracy theorist or not, the BOTH major candidates (if the process continues as expected) will be members of this society. The secret society that we're not supposed to believe has any bearing on the American power structure. Just a weekend club for young guys to get naked and talk about sexual encounters, and then maybe host a barbecue to raise money for nrsung homes, right?

Bush, his daddy and his granddaddy were all Bonesmen. And now we have two candidates from opposite parties competing against who were both members. Does any other little club have such, how do you say, influence?

8. Its a college frat
and a powerful one at a powerful school. Naturally a lot of people who go on to become powerful are going to get in there. Further its not uncommon for a lot of sons to enter the frats of their dad's.

15. You really believe you're dealing with "normal people" here?
They play by an entirely different set of rules...outside those of this country or any country. They MAKE the rules that we must obey...and you're rationalizing that such a club is inconsequential?

13. It's funny...
In my fraternity, some of the "Secret Parts" sometimes included getting naked (With the opposite sex, of course...And...GASP...Sometimes in the same room with another couple or two) followed by tales of sexual encounters (OF COURSE!! WE WERE YOUNG MEN)...The not so "Secret Parts" included the hosting of the occasional barbecue where we raised money for nursing homes, amongst other things...Like that HORRIBLE Police Activity League and the local DEGNERATE GROUPS called the YMCA and YWCA.

It's was WICKEDNESS, I TELL YOU!!!!

25. All that class do those things and think this......
Kennedy was the first President that was not the right religion and he also first to put a non WASP in the cabinet. This and most countries have been ruled by that class. Clinton was an out sider but sort of joined the club by going to Yale. Why would any class that runs things want it to get out of their hands. Would you? And if you are brought up to think you are special like Bush, it has to be even harder to give it up. It is also a great big old boys club and if you do not believe me look at some of Father Bush quotes. He said it was his time to be president as he had done all the right stuff. Great thinking right?

whose actual ties to world domination are much easier to trace and whose control of the political process and vetting of policy in America is visible in plain daylight. :scared: One need not even delve into conspiracy theories to ascertain their attempted wholesale monopoly over political process.

24. People like Kerry are much more effective at advancing the RW
agenda. Take Clinton...he did so much to enable what we see today...and none of us were even paying attention.

They'll make sure Bush is replaced because he failed to make these activities transparent. With Kerry, everybody will go back to sleep.

Go Kerry. yippie.

39. So To Be Clear, Mr. Being
You consider President Clinton to be a dedicated rightist?

That is a position sufficiently impudent and perverse to call into question comments by any who hew to it on political matters.

5. All this shreiking about Skull and Bones reminds me of...
...my college days.

I was in a fraternity. It was the best thing I ever did...Had the time of my LIFE. (Where else are you going to have a place to party every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night where 200 co-eds are BEGGING to get in??)

Anyway...

Those who were not part of the Greek system bashed us, Sneered at us and looked down apon us and assumed we were some kind of weird cult...

We were a group of guys who got together to have a good time...Not much more. Oh yeah...The Greek system was responsible for about 90% of all philanthropic activity on campus.

Those who bashed us were just jelous and didn't know what they were talking about.

26. It's a national fraternity.
With over 130 chapters accross the country and well over 150,000 active members since it was established in 1839. We boast presidents, senators, members of congress, movie stars, professinal athletes and any other profession you can name as members...A friend of mine is the nephew of a current senator...Also a "Brother" of mine.

You don't have the slightest idea what you're talking about.

12. I totally agree
We have the republicans and the media picking our candidate again.

This is why I support Kucinich. He went to public schools, public universities, and worked real jobs.

There is obviously something wrong with democracy when in a country of more than two million, we keep getting guys from the same university, the same fraternity.

It's enough to make you pitch a tent on the grassy knoll . . .

47. If its a secret society, why are there books, web sites, and talk shows
that discuss all of the things that go on in the secret society.

This quote from the jerrypippen.com says:

And it works: No one has publicly breathed a word about his Skull and Bones membership, ever.

Huh? If that's true, why does the article talk about all the masturbation rituals, mud wrestling, and initiation practices of the order. Either someone talked, or the article is pure creative writing.

49. I can't buy in to this ooga booga
I went to that same "powerful university" and was a member of a far less powerful secret society but am friends with guys who were tapped by bones. I am a barely middle class realtor in a not so huge city in the US of A. I have never garnered privilege from my college background. And the guys I know who were bones are not in any way I can see members of some insidious cabal. Sure, a lot of power brokers have passed through bones but it isn't some sort of tightly wound plot as far as I can see. And I am very prone to tinfoil thinking.

50. Something you should think about...
The secret societies you have to worry about are the ones you don't know about, not the ones that have had many books written about them or that have hundreds if not thousands of webpages dedicated to them.

Are people in S & B on the fast track to high powered jobs? Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps it's their drive that grants them an invitation and not the other way around.

Fraternities have never been my cup of tea but do I think they are the root of all evil because of a secret handshake, whistle, motto, and a charter? No.
