Meet The Press.. Holy Joe got slammed good by Hagel Here is his words
Edited on Sun Jan-14-07 10:02 AM by capi888
Hagel takes Leiberman to task...watch it. Joe is sucking his lips. I can't stand him...
Hagel said, after JL uttered, that the people that are against the war are abdicating defeat! Hagel said, I am not, nor any member of Congress is abdicating defeat, thats rediculous and I am offended that any responsible member of Congress would even sugest such a thing!!!! Joe sat their with the look of egg on his face..LOL...Hagel was angry, and said more.....you have to listen..and look at Joes mug...LOL

Damn!
I missed this. I turned it off the minute I saw Holy Joe's smug face and heard him utter something like, "The American people MUST understand....." Joe, go fuck yourself....oh it sounds like Hagel just took care of that. Nothing makes me more angry than someone, anyone telling me what I MUST understand, especially a creep like Joe.

5. Yes, Hagel is conservative...
Edited on Sun Jan-14-07 10:23 AM by capi888
BUT, there are conservatives that are true Americans...and won't take this crap anymore. Just because there is disagreements politically, doesn't mean they don't love their Country,or duty to the American People.
It is obvious to me that JOE, only thinks about his politcal future, and thats exactly, what we need to get rid of

Oh how to be blithe and superior when bi-partisanship means most are against you? Hagel's challenge and personal ambition is tied with destroying the McCain/Bush position. Joe is in the crossfire and no one deserves it more.

18. This is apparently what qualifies as "bipartisan" on MTP
The crooked Hagel (though he's correct on this issue) and the DINO Lieberman. No other dissenting voices allowed, otherwise it might look like the dirty fucking hippies have been right all along.

25. We all might argue that and technically he is not a Democrat...
Edited on Sun Jan-14-07 12:39 PM by hlthe2b
but clearly the media is going to continue to refer to him (and he himself) as an "Independent Democrat", with the "Independent" part more frequently ignored. So, he may not technically be a dem and we certainly don't want to claim him, but as long as he is caucusing with us, it will be a distinction that is ignored...

So, yes, he most certainly IS a DINO.

7. Hagel is the ONLY repuke besides Scarborough who doesn't
give me the willies. Don't get me wrong DU. I don't support any repuke over any dem. However, I'm praying that Hagel gets in the race for the repukes and manages to knock off McCain. If the unthinkable happens and we lose again in 2008, the country can do a whole lot worse than Hagel. Think, McCain, Rudy or Gingrinch.

14. You bet your ass
Hagel is an honorable man. Yes, DUers will post no end of nonsense about how he "stole" some election (in Nebraska, like he needed to), and owned some various software or other, but those DUers are, quite frankly, idiots, and probably mentally ill.

I will vote for any Dem over any GOP, but if it is Lieberman v. Hagel, I will vote for Hagel, and happily, as Lieberman is a man without principle at all, a very dangerous, ambitious, sniveling, and vindictive man.

But since you insist:

Of course mental illness doesn't necessarily imply a lack of function. Plenty of people with diagnosed mental illness are highly functional. And plenty are not. Ditto irrationality (see Nash, John for details).

Cheers!

You, who have obviously not been reading a lot of research, done by many very well qualified researchers on different web sites. The research is there, and the conclusions stem from public documentation.

Get a clue.

36. LOL
The undiagnosed kind, I guess.

The only research of any value that I've seen is that which demonstrates that these machines CAN be hacked in principle. That's it. Of course, any one with a lick of sense already knew that, as any software code can be accessed and tampered with in principle - it's just a matter of how much you want your security to cost.

Please feel free to provide me with any solid research of any reputable methodology that demonstrates Mr. Hagel stole any one of his elections. Then I'll take you seriously. Until then, have fun fuming. It's often useful to throw out a bit of red meat to see exactly how loopy the loopy are. It's been fun on this thread.

ES&S is not as blatantly bad as Diebold, but just what is ANY politician doing owning the voting machines that counts his election? I rtemember some very cogent threads dealing with the subject of the Hagel election shenanigans.

And P.S. it is possible to be mentally ill and still be a rational person. You have no idea of the different types of mental illness, and the different ways they affect the mind. As a bipolar person, I challenge you to go back and find my "idiotic" or irrational posts in the past.

than his Dem. counterpart from NE.

I wouldn't vote for Hagel myself, but the guy doesn't strike me as insane or deluded. He's the sort you could disagree with on certain policies, but still not hate.

Hagel also came out against the swift boats during the election.

He's one of the few republicans that has retained some dignity over the years. I know many say his ties with E&S are suspicious and I dislike e-voting myself, and am disturbed by the idea of a politician having a stake in a voting company, but...I have seen no evidence to see his election to be fraudulent. NE is a heavily republican state and Hagel has won reelection with wide margins.
