Biden laid down a "marker" for Rice and Bush...
In his first questioning of her a few minutes ago, he asked if she thought the President had the Constitutional authority to invade Syria or Iran. She sidestepped the question and Biden then responded that he wanted to lay down the "marker" that the President did not have the authority to do so with the Iraq Resolution that was passed...interesting...
