No. Define "win." After nearly four years, neither our country nor Iraq is better off. More troops going out means more body bags coming back.

Yes. The United States can still win this thing militarily; a sizable increase in troop strength, and help from the Iraqis, will turn the tide

14. nah...
dontcha know, that's about the right percentage for the whole country?

Nobody really wants more troops there. By the end of the poll i think it'll be 26% to 74% (that is if it doesn't get freeped)

12. No way only 68% oppose it.
The poll has been FREEPED to some degree. It should be more like 75% oppose. The wingers probably had people waiting to boost the numbers on polls like this.

Shitheads.

19. Polls in the past month or two say only 11-12% of the country
agrees with an escalation of the violence. So this poll has been freeped! Unless Herr Busch has really convinced that many people (just an hour ago) that he's got a good idea!

Not much of a bump from the earlier numbers I saw at 27% yes.
It represents dead enders who want to believe they are not chumps for voting for Dr. D00M.
