2. I agree...if he wasn't planning on retiring before, he will be now.
Perhaps he's already made up his mind not to run again, so he doesn't care. I'd be really pissed off if I was one of his constituents, though...OTOH, you have to wonder what kind of people reside in his district that would elect this clown in the 1st place.

9. He won't retire until he is good and ready to retire AND
the people in his district don't give a damn about ethics or they would had voted him out of office years ago.
