Many join because of lack of economic and educational opportunities at home. That was certainly the reason for one my high school friends joining up. When you are in the military you have to follow orders, unless you want to be court martialed and thrown in Levenworth. Yes, there is bravado, but it is simply that, bravado, a facade.

6. That would be the 2010 stadium
and it's actually been around quite some time, hasn't it? I got a glimpse of it while there in 2001.

It's not at all unusual for domed stadiums like that to have a rip and deflate. Happened to the Metrodome in Indianapolis and the Carrier Dome in Syracuse at times.
