Best line of the day so far - VA primary

I just proudly cast my vote for Wes Clark, after which we did some visibility at the polling place for a couple of hours.

When we thanked an elderly woman for coming out to vote, she thanked us in return, then gave us her unsolicited review of the Bush presidency:

"Christ, if anyone needed a bullet through his heart..."

Don't beat around the bush, ma'am, tell us what you really think. :)

4. You know, I don't think anyone really wishes any harm on Bush
I think most just want him out of the way, like that brother-in-law that shows up at family reunions and always gets drunk and obnoxious and then ends up the evening throwing up in the host's pool.

An embarrassment.

More to be pitied than hated.

He had a chance to be a great leader and statesman, but it was just beyond him, just like everything else he tried in his life.

Sad, sad, sad....

8. I don't want any harm to come to him...
He does have two kids and a wife....
But i do hope that we can send him packing to texas or that the wicked witch of the west calls him back to the castle with the rest of the winged monkeys!

6. Sounds like one of mine!
I've got four aunts, my mom, an uncle, a brother, sister and a dozen cousins voting in VA today. That sounds exactly like something my Mom would've said (I always get nervous when she says stuff like that on the phone--unsecured line MOM!)
