Bush and Laura just stopped by the Rotunda
They sure didn't spend much time. They stood at the casket with bowed heads so long as the cameras were clicking away, and then turned and left. I don't remember that situation with former President Reagan.

Oh, is he still representing this country as president? I could only wish that were so.

4. Ah, but Reagan didn't posthumously criticize a Bush.
That's what pisses off the famously vengeful boy king—he can't destroy Ford. He has no means of comeback at a dead man. I would revise my otherwise low opinion of Gerald Ford, if that is why he held Woodward to secrecy until after his death—if he was just enjoying imagining the fun of watching Bush's impotent rage at not be able to exact revenge on a detractor.

5. I just saw where Mom and Pop showed up shortly after
but the coverage didn't show the entire visit. KKK showed up right before GW and Laura. He had that usual hint of a grin that makes one suspicious of what is going through his mind.

11. Actually, they were equally ignorant w/Reagan.
Their visit to "pay respects" was so short that I rewound the DVR and timed it: 12-13 seconds of pause, bow head, smooth the flag out, and GIT. And then there was Barbara Bush in a white or light gray suit. I've been wondering if she was dressed in somber colors this time around.
