Just wondering because Hillary's unfavorable rating is through the roof with 48%. ACCORDING!! to Rasmussen and she has never broken 50% on her favorbility rating. my advice to Hillary PLEASE STAY IN THE SENATE!! because with a unfavorbility already almost 50% even before the republican attack dogs become unleashed it's hard to see how she wins.

1. Anyone who wants to run SHOULD run. If she believes she can turn those
numbers around, then she should take the chance if she really believes she can help this country.

I just don't believe she can dominate the debates against the anti-corruption, open government Democrats that may run, but she is welcome to try just as anyone is.

2. Bill Clinton wasn't suppose to win the primary in his first run.
Looking at polls right now? Not a good idea.

7. Bush in 2004
The only candidate in recent memory to have such high disapproval and low approval and still pull it out.

9. "Pull it out"
And how'd he do that?

It wasn't because they stole the election was it? Yeah, I'll bet that's how bush made history.

10. Closest example I can find:
Bill Clinton, who had a 51% approval rating in December, 1995. That's not an exactly comparable figure, though, because Clinton and the others listed here were standing (or considering standing) for re-election as President.

You know what I have to say about the Hillary Clinton figures? I don't trust my news media enough anymore to know whether or not that poll data is accurate. All I know anymore is that I have a favorable opinion of her, and I'll vote for her if she wins the nomination.

On edit: As bigdarryl's link above shows, so is Kerry's (53%).

Would you also tell them to stay in the Senate or involved in other activities?
