Who else besides me does NOT have a favorite potential 08 candidate?

There are so many great Democrats that will be running! I'm excited about more than one of them, and it's still pretty early.

1. Me- was hoping for Feingold. way too much to do before the

election to start undoing all of the damage done over the past 6 years, anyway!

Keep Hillary and the rest of the DLC dems as far away from the nominating podium as possible.

but I will support whoever our nominee is (although I hope it isn't Hillary).

Some others are working on pushing me away, too, but in the end, even Hillary will be better than any republican.

John Kerry is by far the best person for the job imo. But who knows, he may not even run. In that case, I do not have a favorite.

Gore,Clinton and Kerry all have high negatives. I think the best candidates are Obama,Edwards or Clark.

It's waaaay too early to have a solid favorite yet. The Democrats have an exciting range of excellent potential candidates.

I'm quite happy to just sit back and watch the primary season play out. It's going to be very, very interesting and enlightening!

Right now there are just too many issues that swell in my mind to even consider two years from now .

I am even hoping a name not known today will come forward like Clinton did in 2002.

There are a few that I am quite happy about that they are running i.e. Kucinich and Edwards.

I would like to see Gore run as well.

And of course Dean but that's not going to happen.

i am very uncomfortable with starting out too early.

i want to see what happens in the next two years -- how dems will do -- what will they sponsor -- what will they do re: the financial mess we are left with -- who comes out in front re: the war.

i want solid leadership -- and i want strong, concise, plainspoken but eloquent opposition to bushco.

15. I have a favorite, and a potential favorite.

I could have a bunch more if more favored (by me) Democrats decide to enter the race. I'd be happily undecided until my primary election day rolls around if more candidates I think are deserving of my vote decide to run.

At this point, I know who I won't vote for, but not who I will vote for.

I liked Feingold, I'm all over Gore if he gets in it, but as of right now I'm ABH.

My top three are Clark, Obama, Gore, but it still looks doubtful whether two of them will actually run. I'd love to see someone like Boxer get into the mix.

But it's more due to the LACK of candidates I'm excited about.

21. I don't and the problem is,

there are NO great candidates running. It seems that mediocrity, once again, will rule our poltical "choices." We are going to need a leader of historical proportions IF the U.S. is ever going to climb out of the disasterous Bush years. With the exception of Gore and (I REALLY hate to say this) Clark, all are woefully inadequate for the job.

Unlike you, I am actually sickened by the "choices" we have so far.

22. To be honest, only the thought of Gore running excites me.

The rest of them fall in the "I'll vote for this person, but don't like the idea" category. Fortunately, I can't see a competent candidate coming out of the Repugs right now.
