1. it's a mistake to let the rethug controlled ethics committee

dispose of this. the dems should drag their feet until the
next congress convenes. it isn't about foley anymore, it's
about the blind eye that the rethug leadership gave to this
horrendous affair, and the subsequent attempt at a white wash.

3. it may be slightly less partisan than other committees

but as long as the chairman is a rethug, it is an instrument
of their self preservation.

my point remains. the congressional dems should drag their
feet until they have more power in the ethics committee.
