3. heard it on Randi Rhodes today

Silberman overturned the conviction of Ollie North based on immunized testimony. Now don't ask me exactly what that means, except he let Ollie of the hook. Another poster confirmed this as well.

4. I thought that was Judge Sentelle?

The same one who appointed Ken Starr.

Or was Silberman part of a panel of judges WITH Sentelle?
