A half a BILLION dollars for the "GWB" Presidential library and "think tank"
Oh, now this is rich. And really quite beyond belief.
During KO's show last night he did a piece on Bush wanting to raise 500 million for his Presidential library and "Think Tank" to be located at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Fort Worth, Texas.
Keith wondered who the donors would be and also asked what would they be expecting in return for these donations.
He also pointed out how the right wing universe went NUTS when Clinton got a 400k donation for his library in Arkansas from the widow of Mark Richards who I recall also had some ties with the right wing in his past.
A HALF A BILLION DOLLARS for a library and think tank.
That's a lot of money for the monkeys historical repair project that will attempt to clean up his death strewn legacy.
And when you consider he never read a book or had a coherent thought it is down right laughable.
I almost lost it when Keith asked how many copies of "My Pet Goat" in the "library".
Georgie's parents keep asking "is it ready yet?" Laura worries that if * goes in, he'll disappear. And scientists and engineers are having trouble constructing the first human-made "black hole" in history.
8. A half a billion dollars to house "My Pet Goat" and a couple of coloring books?

How appropriate. bush*'s pResidential library at Stand and Model University. **OSTENTATIOUS ALERT** Upper crust rethuglicans in North Texas were all a-twitter that bush* and pickles would probably retire in The Park Cities in DFW. I guess this confirms it. You know he's going to want to be close to that copy of "My Pet Goat."
who are willing to pony up that kind of money to keep wiping the shit off this guy's boots after he exits the most f*cked up presidency in the history of this country? The mind boggles.:eyes:
