American Spectator Dreams of Division in Democratic Camp
It must have occurred to them that the Ralph and the Greens were one of the reason Chimp "won", so they'd throw this at the wall to see if it would stick. What they forget is that Dean cares about America and not only his own ego.

They must have some great fiction writers over there. Do you think they sit around and discuss this stuff before they print it, or have a competition to see who come up with the best scenario?

GREEN WITHOUT ENVY
Former Vermont Gov. Howie Dean and his advisers are looking into options that would allow him to run for president on the Green Party ticket should he fail in his bid to wrench the Democratic nomination away from Sen. John Kerry.

Dean had been looking at the Green Party long before his campaign caught fire. As early as late last summer, Dean was considering the Greens as an option, particularly because at the time Ralph Nader, the Green nominee in 2000, appeared less interested in a run.

(skip)

Nader has not yet indicated what he will do in the 2004 campaign. In the past three months he has twice pushed back a decision on whether he's running.

1. Dr. Dean is the first one to publically say, ADBB
I'm not worried about the good doc.

2. Dean has repeatedly stated that
he will support whoever wins the nomination. So unless he's a liar, that should end that. American Spectator must be involved in wishful thinking.

3. Locking
Sorry.

7. You may not post any material from extreme right-wing sources, specifically WorldNetDaily.com, Newsmax.com, FreeRepublic.com, and their ilk. Material from more "mainstream" conservative writers or sources, such as The Washington Times and Fox News, are permitted as long as the post includes a clear warning about the source. (For example: "WARNING: Please note that this article is written by George Will.")

You'll need a better source than the American Spectator to back up this rumor, otherwise it's flame bait.

Thanks,
EG (Admin)
